【Production Process】
Our shop operates on a made-to-order system, where products are manufactured as soon as the order is received. The order details are automatically sent to the nearest fulfillment center, and production is typically completed within 2–5 business days.

Production and printing are usually done at the fulfillment center closest to the delivery address, but depending on order volume or the operational status of a specific center, other centers may be used.
【Exception】
Premium T-shirts are manufactured in Japan, so they will be shipped from Japan. Please check the shipping cost.

Products are usually produced within 2–5 business days after the order is placed, and then shipped. The estimated delivery time after shipping is 3–7 days for domestic deliveries and 7–21 days for international deliveries.

【Tracking Your Order】
After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can check the delivery status online at any time.
- About Returns and Exchanges -
【Return Policy】
Since our products are made on demand, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there is a defect or issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, attaching photos of the defect. We will ship the same product again as a replacement.
